Orders and Returns
Wherever possible we dispatch orders on the same day we receive them. We use either Royal Mail First Class post or a carrier.
For orders received before 4 pm you should receive your delivery within 2 to 3 working days.
If for any reason you think the order is overdue, please give us a ring on 0115 9301816 so that we can look into the problem.
If you find that your purchase is not as expected, please let us know within 7 days. We will of course exchange them or give you a refund when we receive the goods back. When you return a product please obtain a posting certificate from the Post Office in case of loss.
Please ensure that any goods returned for exchange or refund have not been used or damaged and the packaging is complete and undamaged.
Please return any faulty goods so that either we or the manufacturer can examine them to find the cause of the fault. If the product is found to be faulty we will issue a refund or supply a replacement.
We will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly and smoothly as possible.
