All our goods are covered by a 'no arguments' 7 day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the goods supplied they can be returned within 7 days for a full cash refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Return to the site & continue browsing.  When you are ready to log off & confirm your order (or cancel it) click the  "View Basket"  button at the top of the left margin.

4. If you choose to pay by credit card please be assured our server connections are secure & no-one else can view your card details. We never email the full credit card information - it never leaves the secure server.

From Monday to Friday we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them.  For orders received after mid-day Friday, Saturday or Sunday we aim to dispatch on Monday.

Outside the UK?

The cost of postage depends on destination, value of goods and weight. 

We use the United Kingdoms largest parcel operator, Parcel Force. They are very reliable and we have sent goods all over the World without problems. As far as cost goes it depends on weight. 

To get an estimation of postage costs yourself, click here to visit their site. Select your own country as the destination. Unless you are in an exceptional hurry for the goods we suggest you choose the standard tariff which gives delivery in 6 to 8 days. 

For items below 2 kg, or less than £26 in value, there is a slightly cheaper tariff we could use. 

Payment Methods

Payment can be made in a number of ways:  

• credit card over the phone, by fax or using our secure on-line ordering system 
• cash paid into the bank (our bank details are available on request)
• postal orders (UK customers only)
• cheque (cheques take 5 bank working days to clear)
• cash (UK customers only - always send cash by Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery' service) 

Non-UK customer

• Payment by cheque can be made by international cheques (Eurocheque) made out in £ sterling
• If you pay by credit card the currency conversion is done automatically by your card provider, normally at no cost.
